The terms of service are a part of any contract between the customer and the contractor. Changes to these Terms of Service are only valid if confirmed in writing by the contractor.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. For additional services agreed with the contractor prices.

The Contractor shall execute on behalf of the customer service of creating HTML pages with the services agreed to. The duration of the contract is determined individually when the project is started.

The customer master data, such as title, first name, last name, and etc. are stored. The data is protected and will not be processed without the written permission of the customer.

Payments are, unless otherwise agreed, due before the services are received. Different payment terms require written confirmation. In default of payment the Contractor shall be entitled to suspend performance of contractual agreements with written notice to the defaulting contractor until full payment.

The copyrights of web design are created by us with the author "MAAG projekt". To create a custom case changes, resale or reproduction web design, it requires the explicit approval of MAAG projekt Webstudio. It is possible anytime a web design to complete and to acquire the copyrights of MAAG projekt. Here, a sum for the site design and copyrights with the purchaser will be negotiated individually. If the copyrights of the respective owner of the website or the relevant purchaser, the instructions for MAAG projekt, as well as the info page can be deleted at any time.
